Web Developer - Node.js/Ruby on Rails

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop web application by using Ruby on Rails/Node.js framework
Collaborate with other staff and clients to gather business needs and design the best solution
Maintain long running large scale production application
Work with UX/UI Designer to deliver pixel perfect handcrafted user interfaces
Use CI/CD tools to automated your working process, yes, you will do automated testing
Go to events, work, learn, and improve our platform and service

2+ years of continuous Ruby on Rails/Node.js experience or willing to learn new language
Strong understanding of Web Technology Stacks
Experience of TDD and automated testing
Able to give constructive criticism about the work of others and can receive it about yours
Proactive about ideas and confident enough to speak up when you have an opinion
Strong Git skill
Stay focus and deliver your best
Have experience with large scale application development

Strong understanding of caching, know how Redis and Memcached can save your life

Know how to use cloud services and auto-scale them
Know how to index your database smartly and tuning your queries
