Business Development Specialist - E-commerce

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the first in-depth point of contact to prospective partners and customers
Call on new prospects and develop business relationships with meeting industry associations
Provide detailed service information and make presentations for the same
Partnership opportunity identification and qualification and build trust and long-term relationships with partners/vendors/clients
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
Collaborate with designer and engineer team to ensure contracted product are well delivered on-time and as agreed
Planning and overseeing new marketing/process initiatives
Support implementation for changes made to business process

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrative or related field, engineering background or MBA is a plus
2+ years of experience in a Business Development or Software Project Management role, ideally within the SaaS, Technology, or E-commerce sector
Strong project management and leadership skills
Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong presentation skills
Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
Strong negotiation, interpersonal and organizational abilities
Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
A deep network of relationships in the events or ticketing industry is a plus
